Large format screen exposure system

We manufacture high quality large size free standing exposure system, consists of the exposing lamp and the independent vacuum copying frame. High actinic light, even light distribution, constant power control, stable wavelength, high vacuum force and long service life of the lamp are the key features for preparing the high quality stencils for half tone jobs and highly dense line stencils.

EXPOSING LIGHTS (EV-LP3000)

The reflector angle is computer-aid designed for the best light distribution. The reflector panel is the high quality material imported from Germany.

The position of the exposing lamp can be freely adjusted in accordance to the printing frame sizes.

The exposing time is controlled with timer.

VACUUM COPYING FRAME (EV-2030)

Motor- driven flip over mechanism, the turning from loading position to the vertical position for exposing is being .
